Your purchased gemstone is sent to you encased in protective and secure packaging via an approved carrier that our insurance has listed as authorized for such delicate and special work.

COUNTRIES WE SHIP TO

We only ship to countries that are authorized by our insurer as safe and insurable. Security is paramount and we will never ship an uninsured gemstone.

SHIPPING TO A POST OFFICE BOX

We do not ship to a post office box as you must be able to receive and verify the item is as stated before signing for it.  Our insurance will only cover for a signed receipt by the purchaser at the other end.  That way we ensure you get your gemstone as shipped.

GEMSTONE DELIVERY TIME

Please allow 10 days to 2 weeks.  This allows for the checks and security steps to be followed.
