THE PURCHASING PROCESS

Once you have made a decision on the gemstone you wish to purchase, you will email us to ensure we still have that item in stock.

We can answer any questions that you may have and once you are 100% satisfied, you will then place your order.

Your payment will be made to an escrow company.  This is a company, such as many reputable companies use, where your payment is held and is not released to us until you have received your chosen gemstone and verified that it is the stone described.

This is made easy by the high quality and high resolution video which displays comprehensively, all aspects of your gemstone.

The gemstone itself that is in the still shot and in the video will not have been tampered with or altered by any software or post production effects but you may need to color calibrate your screen to ensure that it is reproducing the footage accurately, and this is indeed the color that you are looking for. 

All still photos and video have been shot and color calibrated by us to ensure their accuracy.

Allow 1 week after placement of your order for your gemstone to be dispatched.

During this period, it will be checked to ensure it is in the condition that it was when the photographic stills and video were taken, verified against the video, and undergo additional quality control checks, then sealed in our security box with a tamper proof seal.

You will also receive a paper certification and a presentation box for your gemstone.

On receipt, you will of course have to be present and sign for receipt of it.

It is of utmost importance that BEFORE you sign for receipt of your gemstone from our courier, that you check that the package has not been tampered with and that your gemstone has not been damaged in transit.

Only when you are fully and completely satisfied that this is the item as ordered, then you may break the security seal.

IMPORTANT NOTE: BREAKING OF OR TAMPERING WITH THE SECURITY SEAL MAKES THE PURCHASE FINAL.

WE KNOW THAT YOU WILL UNDESTAND THAT ONCE WE HAVE COMPLETED ALL OUR CHECKS AND SECURELY SEALED THE GEMSTONE IN ITS BOX THAT ANY DISCREPENCY OR PROBLEM THAT MAY HAVE OCCURRED IN TRANSIT MUST BE OBSERVED AND REPORTED BY YOU.

YOU WILL BE ABLE TO VIEW AND EXAMINE THE GEMSTONE INSIDE THE BOX, AND ONCE SATISFIED YOU MAY OPEN TO WITHDRAW YOUR NEW GEMSTONE.

Once you are satisfied on receipt of your purchase, the escrow company is notified by you and only then is your payment released to us.

Additionally, we want you to be so dazzled with your purchase, that you will want you to return to our site to add to your collection.

HOW ESCROW WORKS

Escrow is the term given to the independent company that a purchaser pays  money into, where it is held  until the purchaser receives what they purchased, at which point, and only at which point,  the money is then released to the vendor.

If there is some question, then there are standard avenues through which any misunderstanding or difficulty is resolved, via a separate arbitration body.

INFORMATION REGARDING POST OFFICE BOXES

For security reasons, we never ship to a post office box.  You must be able to receive and verify the item is as stated before signing for it.  Our insurance will only cover for a signed receipt by the purchaser at the other end.  That way we ensure you get your gemstone as shipped.

INFORMATION REGARDING CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

You cannot pay by credit card as we are vigilant of both your and our protection and our security.  Identity theft is a common and rising crime.  We want you to have a smooth and delightful buying experience and this means security all the way with credit cards not being a payment option we offer.
