We do not use credit cards as it has been found that this minimizes the chance of fraud, as you are putting cleared funds up for your purchase and this is held securely be the escrow company until you have received your purchase.

Your gemstone will have been packaged for both security and protection, whilst we only use transportation that our insurance company has authorized as meeting the standard required for freight of valuable small items such as gemstones.

Additionally, we know you will be so dazzled with your purchase, we want you to return to our site to add to your collection.

DELIVERYING THE CORRECT STONE TO YOU

In short, you will always receive the correct stone that you have ordered.  As explained above, there is a procedure to handle any question, but as we have such detailed video, comparison of video and stone in hand will show clearly they are the same.  This is why we also have checks to ensure you get the exact stone ordered.

However, in the truly unlikely event of a mistake, this would be easily proven and the error would be rectified promptly.

COUNTRIES WE SHIP TO

We do not ship to countries that are not authorized by our insurer as safe and insurable. Security is paramount and we will never ship an uninsured gemstone.

PAYING BY CREDIT CARD

You cannot pay by credit card as we are vigilant of both your and our protection and our security.  Identity theft is a common and rising crime.  We want you to have a smooth and delightful buying experience and this means security all the way with credit cards not being a payment option we offer.
